End-of-Proposal Report

In accordance with the User Agreement, please provide the EMC with the following information when your proposal expires (one year after its acceptance date or when the experiments end, whichever is sooner).

A research summary/progress report using these two templates:

1 page of text in a doc file
1 viewgraph in a ppt file

Reprints for any relevant publications resulting from the proposal.
Reference information for any publications, conference presentations, etc. resulting from the proposal using the Publication List template (doc file).

Send the end-of-proposal report to Russell Cook (recook@anl.gov)

Consideration of future EMC proposals depends on receipt of the highlights and publication list.

If you want to keep your research proposal active, please submit a Continuing/Renewal proposal with updated information, including collaborators. You should do this via the Submit a Proposal page.
