Preparing Your Proposal

Summary

• Complete an online EMC Proposal form
• At least one author should be experienced in TEM operation.
• Proposals are approved for a specified number of eight hour shifts.
• A renewal proposal should be submitted when shifts are used up.
• The Facility should receive this form two months before the visit.
• All visitors must register at the Visitors Reception Center located outside the main gate off Cass Avenue.
• U.S. citizens must have with them one form of photo-identification such as a valid drivers license or passport.
• Non-U.S. citizens must have with them two approved forms of photo-identification.  A list of approved forms of photo-identification is located at the end of the ANL National User Facilities Online Registration form.
