Odin II Beowulf Cluster

The Odin II Beowulf Cluster was commissioned in September 2000 in the Interfacial Materials Group of the Materials Science Division of Argonne National Laboratory.  It consists of a total of 100 nodes: 4 wordly front-end nodes and 96 compute nodes.  Each node is a single processor 700MHz PIII machines with 128MB of RAM and a 20GB hard drive

The cluster as a whole has 12.8GB of RAM and 2TB of disk space.

The system is running under Linux (Mandrake 7.1), Pentium Compiler Group Fortran, and MPI.
